Nathan Johanson


Nathan oversees all of the company’s daily operations, from team building and technical leadership to client relations and business development, and collaborates with business partner and CFO Tim Raney on corporate efficiency, strategic planning, and financial issues.

Nathan worked for The Computer People (now Terrapin) for six years prior to purchasing the company with Tim in 2008. He was previously the West Coast information systems manager for Pumatech in San Jose, where he managed IT for the San Jose, Los Gatos, Santa Cruz and Emeryville facilities. Nathan started his career as a help desk technician at Los Gatos-based Windward Group, where he was eventually promoted to manager. Prior to that, he did technical writing and software testing, and honed his customer service skills providing phone-based technical support for Broderbund software. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis.
