Bryan previously worked at the law firm of Banks & Watson, where he started off as a part-time courier. He began helping the firm with general help desk and IT questions, and was soon offered a full-time position. He assumed administrative duties and took over all aspects of day-to-day IT issues. He prides himself on strong customer service skills and a commitment to constantly expanding his IT knowledge.
